2011 Blizzard Chicago, IL

The Chicago area meteorologists said to stay home, so after looking out the window, this was one forecast, given the blizzard upon us, I could buy! Yikes! The whole building has been shaking, since before the 5:00 pm news and it SOUNDS like a tornado. The new double pane windows are shaking, quite violently at times and howling too and not doing the job that NEW windows SHOULD!
